Founded in 1937, Goodale & Barbieri has long been the Inland Northwest’s leading commercial real estate, development, and property management firm. Originally started by Louis Barbiera and Frank Goodale when they purchased Washington Trust Company’s Property Management Division, Goodale & Barbieri has grown to include a number of properties including many of Spokane’s most prominent buildings. Today, the company is led by Lou’s son, Thomas Barbieri and David Peterson who spent 20 years under Lou’s tutelage.
Zipline has worked with managed the website for Goodale & Barbieri since 2011 helping to launch the last iteration of g-b.com in 2012. As web trends shifted and mobile usage increased the forward-thinking leadership at Goodale & Barbieri recognized the need to transition the Goodale & Barbieri website into fresh, new mobile-first experience to take advantage of the significant improvements in the mobile world since 2012.
Our team worked closely with the marketing department to design and engineer a new website solution that seamlessly melds with and supports the brand that Goodale & Barbieri has spent the last 80+ years building. The new website has also been designed to streamline the process of searching for properties or apartments using any device with a new, more intuitive interface. Not only that, the new website is powered by our ZLCMS content management system that makes it fast and easy for Goodale & Barbieri staff to manage and update the website making sure that it always has current information. The ZLCMS also provides deep API integration capabilities allowing the website to seamlessly sync available commercial listings.
